"Attentive Staff and Clean Environment Make Mesa Elder Care Outstanding"
Mesa Elder Care was one of the best places I visited. The people who worked there were really caring and always ready to help out. The food was good and always made fresh. It was very clean too. The staff and the boss worked with me to fix a problem that came up as our loved one got sicker.

"Dismal Dunk for Mesa Elder Care: Dietary Disregard Forces Mom's Removal"
Mesa Elder Care gets one star from me. My mom, who has dementia, needed constant care so we moved her into Mesa Elder Care. Sadly, things started going south after a few months. If you have a family member with dementia who needs specific dietary care, like pureed foods, or is near the end of life, you don’t want them here. Rather than respecting these needs, staff at Mesa Elder Care force-fed my mom until she threw up. I saw staff members, even the chef, bring her food that surely wasn't what the doctor ordered. It didn't matter that the hospice nurses repeatedly explained to them what my mom should eat. Their behavior was completely rude. There's much more unpleasant stuff I could mention. Suffice to say, I had no choice but to take my mom out of Mesa Elder Care.

"Inadequate Medical Attention and Poor Service at Assisted Living"
We selected this place due to its location. However, if any resident required instant medication like pain relief, no luck. The only person dispensing medication, so you're in for a long wait. I wouldn't dream of leaving my pet here, let alone going back myself. Plus, I'm definitely not forking over cash for such poor service.

"They treated my mom like family—amazing care and respect!"
Mesa Elder Care is an amazing place for anyone looking for a safe, home-like setting for their elderly loved ones. The owners live there full-time—it’s their home—and they treat the residents like family, not clients. The place is very clean, and the caregiver-to-client ratio is one of the best I’ve seen, with 3 caregivers for 10 residents. Everyone is well-fed, clean, and cared for with respect and love. One of the owners is a former nurse and always stays on top of medical needs. I trusted them completely with my mom’s care, and they treated me with kindness and respect through legal and financial challenges. As a certified home health aide, I’m very picky, but I had no concerns about the care my mom received. They truly took amazing care of her, and I highly recommend them!

"Caring staff and clean facility; highly recommend!"
My father lived at Mesa Elder Care from 2015 until he passed away this week. The staff was caring and attentive to both him and our family. They took great care of him, even staying up all night because of his sundowners. They made sure he was comfortable, so we never had to worry about his care. The facility was always clean, and my dad enjoyed all the food. The other residents were always happy. My family highly recommends this facility.
