""Mountain View Retirement Village: A Friendly Place I Like""
The rooms are spacious, the food is decent, and the staff is friendly. I’ve been to Mountain View Retirement Village before and enjoyed it. I have friends here, and overall, I like it.

"Top-notch Assisted Living Facility!"
The assisted living facility was really great! The staff were super friendly and helpful. They made sure everyone had everything they needed. The rooms were clean and cozy. My grandma liked the activities they had, like bingo and movie nights. The food was good too, lots of choices. Overall, we were really happy with our experience there.

"Warm and Caring, with Room for Improvement"
This place feels like a kind home when you’re not at your own. They take good care of you here. The food’s okay, not amazing but it’ll do. The living spaces are nice - lots of room to move around. They’ve got fun stuff to do and shows to watch. You can get a ride from them sometimes, but not always.

"Pleasant and Clean with Friendly, Long-Term Staff"
The place is really neat and kept in good shape. The people who work here are nice and many have been here for a long time. The food they serve has good variety and is pretty good.

"Quality Declined in Assisted Living Facility, Food Deemed Inedible"
This place used to be nice. But now it's miserable. The food they serve isn't fit for humans.

"Mixed Experience: Nice Place, Poor Management"
Apartments are in a good area and look nice, but the management isn't so great for the people living there. The folks are friendly, and there are plenty of things available to help everyone live a healthy and happy life.

"Spacious Rooms with Kitchen, Lack of Community Engagement"
The place had big rooms that were okay in size and had nice kitchens. We wished there was a washer and dryer in the room instead of down the hall. We didn't see many people around, and it made us curious.

"Not the Ideal Home: Dark Halls, Low Ceilings, Unwelcoming Atmosphere"
We took a tour of this place because we were trying to find a new home. But to be completely honest, I couldn't wait to leave. We tried the food, and it was okay, but the corridors were not well-lit, the ceilings were too short, and I didn't like how there were clear groups in the community. The workers tried to be nice, but they didn't feel truly welcoming. This just wasn't the place for us.

"Friendly Staff and Clean Environment Slightly Over Budget"
We really liked this community. The staff was super friendly and knew a lot. The people living there looked happy when we visited. Inside, it was very nice and clean. The only problem was that it cost a bit more than we planned.

"Great Fit for Parents; Dining Room Appreciated"
My parents are happy here. It's a good place for them. They're glad they chose it. They like going to eat in the dining room.

"Great Rooms, Mixed Impressions"
The rooms are really nice, but when you first walk in, it feels more like a nursing home than a care home. Some of the residents were playing ‘volleyball’ (sitting on couches) in the common area and seemed happy. It’s a big place, though. If that’s what you’re looking for, it’s okay. They have lots of different rooms to choose from because it’s so large. The atriums throughout the building are welcoming, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

"Nice Community but Not the Right Fit for Mom"
This place looked really nice when we visited. There was one resident who seemed a little pushy, so Mom didn't think it was the right place for her. We did try the food and it was good. They don't have an open kitchen; there are scheduled times for the residents to eat. The people we met were nice.

"Poor Services, Disorganization, and Overpriced at Assisted Living Facility"
The place was really depressing. There were areas that just stunk like body sweat. The people living there who need help weren't doing much of anything. This place doesn't match well with what we need. When we were leaving, they just gave us some random pieces of paper. They didn't have them in a folder or anything organized like other places do. No one even gave us a business card. It's way too costly for the services they offer.
