"High Staff Turnover and Negligence Leads to Tragedy at Assisted Living Home"
At first, we felt satisfied. But when the staff started shuffling in and out frequently, everything fell apart. My grandma was left alone and unattended during the early hours. Certain staff members would roughly handle her, causing her discomfort and pain throughout the day. They dismissed her around 5 to 6 in the evening and that's when I was finally called—I live just 3 minutes away. That's how we found out about her broken hip and leg, not to mention a large injury she had sustained. Two weeks later, she was gone. Additionally, there were four other seniors residing in the facility at the time. Shockingly, three of them also passed away within 30 days. My grandmother was a strong, proud Jewish woman. I know for sure that she didn't include pork in her diet and she wouldn't combine milk and meat in the same meal. Yet, whenever I visited during meal times, there was never a kosher option available for her.

"Great Staff and Tasty Food at Clean Assisted Living"
The leaders at this place are awesome. When I first walked in, they made me feel super welcome, like I was already part of the family. As we looked around, I could smell some really good food cooking in the dining area. Plus, everything was neat and tidy.

"Unsatisfactory Care and Lack of Activities at Senior Home"
Really unhappy with the service at this place. What they serve for food doesn't even match what's listed on the menu. The seniors just sit around and nobody talks to each other during meals. There's no fun, nothing to make them happy or entertained... no activities at all.

"Friendly, clean, and homey environment; highly recommended"
They are very helpful and the location is great. Walking in feels like coming to someone’s home. It has a nice, warm feel. The place is very clean and well maintained. Everyone is friendly. Overall, it’s a lovely place. I recommend A Paradise for Parents. My experience has been really good, and I am pleased. I can’t rate the activities because I haven’t used them.
