"Steer Clear: Crude Manager, Disappointing Facility"
My family member moved into this place based on good reviews. But we had to take them out pretty fast. Honestly, the manager is just plain mean.

"Warm home, amazing staff, and great value with all-inclusive services."
Oakmont is where my mother spent her final days, and my brother and I couldn’t be more pleased with the services. The home is warm and inviting, and the staff are amazing. It seemed a bit pricey at first, but they offer a flat rate that includes everything, from manicures and haircuts to weekly visits from their RN. The quality of the staff is unbeatable. One caregiver mentioned they receive health benefits, which I think makes a big difference. For the quality and what’s included, you really can’t beat it.

"Warm and Wonderful Care"
Oakmont is where my mom spent her last days, and my brother and I couldn't be happier with the services. The home is cozy and welcoming, and the staff are awesome. At first, it seemed a bit expensive, but they give you a flat rate that covers everything from manicures and hair to weekly visits from their RN. You just can't beat the quality of the staff. One of the caregivers told me they get health benefits and stuff, and I think that really makes a difference. For the quality and what's included, you really can't beat it.

"Poor Care and Hygiene at Oakmont Assisted Living Facility"
My feelings about Oakmont are mixed. While it has a few nice points, overall it doesn't meet expectations. This assisted living home is locally run by hidden investors who seem to care more about their profits than anything else. They hire employees from he list who are paid below average wages. These employees are the ones taking care of our loved ones - in charge of their health, happiness, and well-being. Unfortunately, they often seem more concerned with their own personal lives and issues. I've even noticed many of them sporting long, fancy nails which can be a breeding ground for germs easily spread from one resident to another. I advise anyone who is vulnerable to seek out better care.

"Avoid Oakmont: Poor Service Ruining Resident Care"
My feelings about Oakmont are mixed. Sure, there are a few positive things, but overall, it's pretty disappointing. It’s owned by a secret group of local investors who only care about profits. This results in them hiring anyone who applies through Craig's list, offering them less than average pay. These people are who take the place of family, responsible for the care, health, happiness, and safety of the residents. Unfortunately, it often doesn't work out that way. The caregivers are more interested in their own kids and boyfriends, their financial issues, and, would you believe it, their flashy manicures. Those long nails are a germ hotspot, spreading bacteria from one resident to another. Anyone who needs care should seriously consider a different place.

"Poor Care and High Turnover at Assisted Living Facility"
If you're looking for a spot where a person who needs help with baths, getting dressed, and managing their meds can feel cared for, this isn't it. Those in charge can't seem to retain their staff and it's like a revolving door of new faces. Those young professionals from the company who have a spot in the home won't get their hands dirty helping the residents. Instead they talk big about the amount of attentive care just so they can book every bed. The place would be fine as a simple "bed and breakfast", as the food is tasty. But if you're looking for actual help, it's better to search elsewhere.

"Care Lacking, Great Food: Not Suitable for Assistance-Needing Residents"
This facility isn't good at all for those needing assistance with personal care like bathing, dressing, or taking medication. The team members are constantly being swapped out as the owners can't seem to retain them. Young business folks have an office right in the facility but aren't involved with the residents. They simply make grand promises about the level of care offered just to keep all the beds occupied. The place functions well enough as a sort of 'bed and breakfast'--the food's nice--but if care is what you're after, you'd better look somewhere else.
