"Old, poorly lit facility with inadequate staff and inconvenient layout."
This used to be a motel and it's definitely old. There's not enough light. Whenever it rains, you need to go outside to reach the dining area. There's just one person looking after 25 to 40 folks.

"Mixed Experience: Affordable but Limited Care Options"
I visited this place when I was looking for my friend. It seemed cheap from the info given. The boss, [Removed], is nice and seemed good at her job. But the place itself is just okay. My friend has a problem and they said they couldn’t take him because they needed more staff. The rooms are a bit bigger than other places I saw, but they're old and smell a bit like bug spray. The rooms are over 600 square feet. I asked if they could help him go to meals and back, but they said no. They seem to want people to do things on their own. In the end, we picked home care.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
I visited an assisted living facility during lunchtime, and the food looked really good. The grounds were beautiful, but the rooms were quite large and old. They were very clean, though. Unfortunately, there was only one night caregiver and two during the day, which isn't enough for the number of residents. The call buttons in the bathroom and bedroom were hard to reach if a resident fell too far away. Because of this, I think it's unsafe for residents at risk of falling. Also, the manager wasn't available.
