"FOREVER YOUNG!"
I love the people who live here. They are so caring, loving, and real with their emotions, whether they're happy, sad, or mad. It's amazing to see how honest they are with others. The beauty in the elderly and their unique style is such a wonderful life experience.

""Beware: Paseo's Focus On Profit Over People""
Since Lamplight changed over to Paseo, the service is just awful and it seems like the bosses care more about money than the people living here. It's like the office workers don't care at all and are doing things that should be against the law. They're even making the rent two or three times more expensive, pushing some people to leave their own homes. I can't warn you enough: stay away from this place.

"Terrible Communication from Facility During Hospice and Passing"
This place was absolutely terrible! When they moved my mom into hospice, management never got in touch with me. I only found out about my mom's passing from the funeral director, not from the facility. Management said they're only responsible for informing the one who pays the bills. Despite them having my number and knowing me personally from multiple visits, they chose not to notify me. Can you believe what it's like to get a call from a funeral director asking what to do with your mom's remains?

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY"
This place was absolutely horrendous! My mom got shifted to hospice care, and the management never even had the decency to notify me! I only got to know that my mom had passed away when the funeral director called....The audacious management informed me, "Our duty is to inform only the paying party - hence, we informed the state, not you!!!"...They had my contact details and I'd visited multiple times, introduced myself. Can you grasp the shock and grief of receiving a call from a funeral director regarding your mother's uncared-for remains?

"Unsatisfied: Lamplight Inn's Poor Care Post Peppertree Buyout"
Ever since Peppertree got bought out by Lamplight Inn, the quality of care for the elderly has dipped. My sister stays there and she’s been having a rash of issues with the employees. Her medicines aren't being given properly or on schedule and they've repeatedly brushed off her requests for a non-carpeted room. There's a constant coming and going of staff members and it seems like they're underprepared for their jobs. It’s truly disappointing that the new owners seem to prioritize their needs over the welfare of the seniors they're supposed to look after.

"Issues with Medications, Safety, and Care at Assisted Living Facility"
They can't keep medications right, especially since Peppertree became Lamplight. The emergency call button doesn't always get a response and sometimes doesn't work. They don't seem to understand dietary needs, and some don't seem to care. When items break, they're not quick to fix them. Promised actions often don't happen. Some nice and responsible people are there, but unfortunately, not enough of them.

"SADLY DISAPPOINTED IN ASSISTED LIVING CENTER"
This place isn't too great at handling residents' medication, especially after Peppertree turned into Lamplight. The emergency call button sometimes doesn't get answered or stops working altogether. The staff doesn't seem to get the importance of dietary needs and it feels like some aren't even bothered. When things get broken, fixing them seems to be at a crawl. Promises made about certain things don't turn into actions. There are actually some good and trusty folks working there, but sadly, not enough of them.

"Sad and Stuffy Facility, Needs Upgrade and More Activities"
This place feels really sad, not happy at all. The part for folks who have trouble remembering was crowded and looked like prison; it also smelled not good. They need to fix it up and offer more activities for the older people living there.

"Kind Staff, But Felt Like a Nursing Home"
The staff were really kind and eager to help, but it sadly had the vibe of a nursing home more than anything.

"No Buy-In Fees or Leases"
No buy-in fees or leases. All 3 levels of care. Weekly maid service. Only downside: jacuzzi only?

"Very excited about the whole place!"
I’m very excited about this whole place. They really care about my mom’s needs and gave good advice on getting assistance. I didn’t need to ask many questions because they answered all of them. The tour was wonderful! It doesn’t look like a regular home at all.
