"Office Staff Lacks Communication and Compassion"
The ladies working on the floor are amazing. My mom has been there for a whole year, and the floor staff takes great care of her. However, the office staff is a different story. They seem to have an attitude towards me for some unknown reason. The head nurse made me wait for two hours without showing up to answer questions about my mom. They don’t keep me informed, especially since I’m out of state. It feels like they treat me poorly, even though I’m 3000 miles away. In summary, the floor girls provide good care, but the office folks are terrible. They’ll drain your wallet without any concern or communication.

"Caring Community with Vegetarian Options Needs More Evening Activities"
We think this place did a great job taking care of our loved one. They always made sure to give her the right care she needed, and she was always clean and dressed nicely. She was a vegetarian, and we liked that there was always something for her to eat at meal times. We do wish there were more things to do in the evenings.

"Mixed Experience at Prestige Assisted Living"
We picked Prestige Assisted Living because it’s affordable and conveniently located. The room sizes are okay for her needs. The food quality varies, but overall, I’d recommend it.

"Displeased With Understaffed, Overpriced Assisted Living Facility"
We really didn't like it there. They failed to give him individual attention as promised, considering the amount of money we contributed for his care. They didn't administer his medication properly. They never alerted me about any issues until things got out of hand. They simply couldn't manage all they claimed they were capable of. The staffing was clearly insufficient. I doubt their ability to provide the level of care they advertise. The costs are significantly high as well. Sure, it's neat and seems pleasant initially, but underneath that, it falls short in all other aspects.
