"Facility denies entry despite negative COVID result."
If you're unable to wear a mask due to health issues, they won't permit you to see the residents. Even if you've had a COVID test at the front desk and it's negative, they still won't let you in.

"Mixed Feelings About Activities and Staff at Assisted Living Facility"
This place is okay for my loved one. Some staff are great, but others aren't. My parents preferred staying in their room, and I felt they didn't encourage them enough to join activities. They offer games, movies, and such, but nothing outside or very stimulating. More activities would be better.

"Caring Staff and Cozy Atmosphere Make It a Good Choice"
This seems like a pretty good place for my friend. I would suggest my family come here if needed. The staff really seem to care, and it's a smaller community.

"Caring Staff Keeps Me Informed"
The staff is super friendly. Even though I live far away, they keep me informed about my family member's care and involve me in decisions. When I have questions, they're honest with me.

"Prestige Assisted Living Disappoints with Broken Promises and Follow-through"
My family didn't have a good experience at Prestige Assisted Living. They promised things but didn't do them. We feel let down.

"Neglected Care and Unused Hearing Tools at Assisted Living"
We had to move our family member from here because we didn't believe she was being well taken care of. One day, when we came to take her to the doctor, we discovered a deep cut on her leg. Also, she has trouble hearing, so we got her special ear plugs to use with her TV. But we found out the staff never gave them to her. We found these ear plugs in the medicine cabinet during a visit.

"Limited experience due to COVID; overall positive impression of facility."
Our family member moved in just before COVID, so we didn't get to see much.

"Decent Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"
Prestige Assisted Living is a nice place with decent rooms, but the food could be better. We'd recommend it to friends and family.

"Prestige's Negligence and Poor Communication Lead to Family's Frustration"
We had to take our mom out of Prestige Assisted Living. Every time I let them know I was coming to pick her up and needed her wheelchair, they never had it ready. We always had to wait for them to go back to her room and get it. This happened more than three times. They complained she always had the TV volume too high, so we bought her bluetooth headphones. But even after a month, they hadn't set them up which were found in the medication room. We couldn't set them up ourselves because of the pandemic. I took her to therapy where she was given exercises to do, but they didn't even remind her to do them twice a day. I had to call her and guide her through them myself. The last straw was when I took her to a doctor's appointment and found a 2-inch wound on her leg, probably from scratching. Clearly, no one had noticed it, and it was open and red. I took back some Cortisone cream, but they said they couldn't apply over-the-counter cream without doctor's approval. I told them if they didn't get approval by 5 that day, I would come in and do it myself before an infection started. I regret that we even did this during the Covid times. The staff seemed nice during the weekdays, but the weekend employees were rather rude when we delivered items for her. The facility also seemed to have a high turnover rate, which could explain the lack of effective communication. At one point, I called and left a message, but it never got passed along. I suggested that they use a whiteboard for messages to ensure better communication, and even the staff member agreed.”

"Great experience with Prestige Assisted Living, Mom's happy and settled"
After talking with the Sales Director at Prestige Assisted Living, I was excited to learn more about their services. Mom and I were invited to have lunch at the facility to get a feel for the place and meet the staff. Mom had a friend take her, and she said the lunch was nice and she liked it. When I visited from Phoenix and had lunch with Mom while checking out the different rooms, I was impressed and eager to move Mom in as soon as possible. There were a few small issues to sort out, but Prestige kept the room Mom chose on hold with a small deposit. Two months have passed, and Mom hasn’t said anything negative about living there, which is a good sign. She even gets her hair done every Thursday, which she loves.

"Clean and Nice Assisted Living, Good Food, Room Sizes Vary"
Prestige Assisted Living was my top pick initially, but after my stroke, I needed a place that suited me better. This community is really nice and well-kept. I ate several meals here, and the food was good. My friend resides here, and although his room is nice, it's smaller and older than what I wanted. Overall, it's a great community.

"Assisted Living Facility Needs Improvement"
Sometimes it's alright, but some days are iffy. I wish they'd track her progress better. It's not nursing, but for $5,000 monthly, I expect more. I'm not pleased at the moment.
