"Lovely grounds, needs more activities"
I thought there would be more activities, but my sister doesn't join in, so I don't know all of them. I like that it feels more like apartments, and the grounds are lovely. I was impressed when I first arrived. The people are very friendly! I think the common areas need some updating, and there should be more activities to bring people together.

"Spacious and Scenic Living at Pueblo Norte"
We chose to live at Pueblo Norte after our daughter did some research. We all decided on this place because of the open feel, all the trees and grass, and the lovely walking trail by the horse park. It doesn't feel like you are stuck inside a building. It's the best decision we've made.

"High-quality staff but spread-out layout; expensive option for long-term care."
I visited this place while searching for a spot for my Mom. It seemed pretty pricey, but the good thing is if my Mom ever needed long-term care, she could've gotten in here. The building layout is very spread out, so there's a lot of walking involved, which I felt might be too much for her. The staff was really helpful and had some really skilled people like RNs and more experienced aides. Overall, it was a nice place, but it just didn't match what we needed.

"Great Tour, Friendly Staff, Luxurious Environment, Budget Misfit"
I took a tour of this place for my loved one and have no complaints. The staff were super friendly and gave us lots of helpful info about what they offer. I thought the place was really fancy, like living in luxury! But sadly, it was too expensive for my sister's budget in the end.

"Improvements Needed"
I visited this place to see if it would be a good fit for my dad's care. Unfortunately, they didn't offer the kind of care I was hoping for. The equipment seemed old and outdated, and the tour didn't cover everything we wanted to know. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and answered our questions. Families considering this community should take a tour for their loved one's care.

"Unmet Expectations at Pueblo Norte Assisted Living"
We thought Pueblo Norte would be better. Rooms too tiny. Didn't like the vibe. Found a better place for Dad.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short of Expectations"
The Pueblo Norte wasn't what we hoped for. Rooms were cramped, culture wasn't appealing. Found a better fit elsewhere for Dad.

"Wonderful Community with Caring Staff and Great Activities"
This community is awesome. It feels very welcoming and relaxed. The staff is really caring and always around. She likes the meals and the variety. The activities are fun, and she enjoys spending time with the other residents. This place is perfect for families wanting a homey feeling for their loved ones.

"Not Ideal for Senior Living: Air Conditioning and Dining Lacks!"
This place lacks air conditioning in the passageways, forcing the elderly to use a golf cart to reach the mess hall. Their eating area is not like a cozy restaurant but more like a school cafeteria.

"Disappointed with Initial Phone Interaction"
I decided to check out this place and planned for a visit. But I couldn't even get a staff member on the phone. It seemed like we were just missing each other's calls. I think they really should have done a better job at talking to me. As a whole, I didn't like how everything started off.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Community"
During my visit to this place, I found the layout confusing. The community felt closed off and not very welcoming. There's a shared shower area for residents. At lunch, I had a sandwich that tasted okay but seemed like it was made somewhere else and not very fresh. The staff was nice, though, and overall, this community felt unique but not like other places I've seen for retirees.

"Unconventional Assisted Living Experience"
During my visit, I found the place a bit confusing. It felt closed off and not very welcoming. They have a shared shower area, which was new to me. The sandwich they served for lunch seemed okay, but it didn't taste very fresh. The staff were nice though, and the overall vibe was unlike other retirement homes I've seen.

"Great care, spacious facility, food could improve, overall amazing service!"
The people working here really care about the residents. The place is big and comfortable. The food is alright, but it could be tastier. But they really take good care of everyone here!

"Caring Place with Helpful Staff"
I can't judge much, I only visit twice a year. They take good care of my parents who live independently. When residents push the call-button, staff is quick to respond.

"Great Care and Daily Visits"
My parents have been at Pueblo Norte for just over a month, and I’m really happy with our choice. Even though they need different levels of care, they can live at the same place, though not in the same room. The best part is that my dad can visit my mom every day, which was really important to us. The staff here is fantastic and always makes sure my parents are well cared for. I never worry about them not getting the attention they need. My dad’s room in Assisted Living is a good size for one person, with plenty of closet space and a spacious bathroom. My mom’s room in the Rehab to Home section is as nice as a hotel room, bright and airy.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
I enjoyed the apartments, but the common areas seemed a bit shabby. I didn't like the buffet in the dining room; I prefer table service. However, the swimming pool was great.

Needs a Happy Makeover
"Pueblo Norte Assisted Living: Uninspiring and Depressing"
I only visited the assisted living section of Pueblo Norte, and I couldn't picture my family living there. It felt like a prison—gloomy and disheartening. There were hardly any areas for older folks to enjoy outside of their apartments. The eating area was merely a small room reminiscent of a modified bedroom. The residents there didn't appear to be content. After just fifteen minutes, I knew I wouldn't be choosing this place for my parents. They need to brighten up the building and provide a proper dining area for the elderly.

"Cozy living quarters, separate activities; Mom approves."
Rooms are super small, feels like a hospital room. They only offer 280 square feet. They keep assisted living and independent living apart for meals and activities. My mom enjoys being here.
