"Friendly Staff and Clean Home, But Lacks Activities"
The caregivers here are very friendly and seem to really care about the residents. The house is always clean and tidy. They communicate well whenever there's an issue or concern about a resident. Moving in was easy, and the rooms come with basic furniture that families can add to. The food looks good and has a variety. However, they could provide a better, more current weekly menu. The owner is very caring and knows a lot about taking care of the residents. It would be helpful if they hired an LPN during the week, as caregivers can only do so much. There aren't many planned activities, so residents mostly have to entertain themselves. I would recommend this place if you want a quiet and caring environment. But if you want a lot of organized activities, this home doesn't offer that.

"Activities Fall Short at Quail Manor"
Quail Manor has met all my expectations, except for activities. My mom is so bored! She just wants to watch TV and keeps asking me if there's anything good on. They had one singer perform, and they played cards one night. My sister and I brought puzzles and coloring books, but she hasn't been invited to the puzzle room.
