"Serenity Assisted Living Refuses Refund after Relative's Death"
I paid Serenity Assisted Living $2700, a month in advance for my relative, who was at Havasu Nursing Home then. Sadly, he left us just after 12 hours. They were informed right away about his demise. Moreover, I had also paid them $500 to reserve a room for him just four days before his death. He never even set foot in their place. Despite all this, they are refusing to return my money. Recently, they've told me that they're filing for bankruptcy.

"Refusal of Refund After Quick Customer Loss at Serenity Assisted Living"
I handed over $2700 to Serenity Assisted Living a month early. The guy resided at Havasu Nursing till his last breath, which was only 12 hours later. I informed them immediately about his unfortunate departure. On top of that, I paid them $500 to reserve a room, which was merely 4 days before his unfortunate exit. Not even once he stepped inside their premises. They're adamant about not refunding my payment. I have been on this chase since November 2013. Their recent excuse is pretty upfront - they're planning to go bankrupt.
