"Lacks essential services; clean and friendly but lacking engagement."
The place didn't offer any help with medical needs, activities, or meals. It was tidy and the people were nice, but there wasn't anything interesting or engaging to do.

"Lovely Home, Caring Staff, but Shared Rooms a Downside"
It’s a lovely place with really nice and friendly people to take care of you, but you have to share a room, and my mom wouldn’t be happy with that.
