My sister and I have had a great time at Silvergate Assisted Living with how well they take care of our mom. She can't move around, and the staff is super helpful and caring. We're really happy! Since she can't move, we're not sure what activities are available for her and the other residents.

"From Good to Bad"
At first, everything seemed perfect, like rainbows and unicorns. The staff were amazing and cared for my loved one very well. We were happy and grateful. But after my loved one passed away, things changed. They haven't refunded us the money we paid upfront. They keep making excuses and won't change their stance.

"Unpleasant Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
We didn't like this place. It smelled bad, and they used lots of candles to hide it. The person was okay, but her husband was rude and didn't let us talk properly.

"Poor Care and Unprofessional Conduct at Assisted Living Facility"
I'm seriously upset with this assisted living place. All they do is dope up my mom so she's asleep all day. When I tried to talk about my worries with the person in charge, she just started fighting with me. This place is not looking after my mom in any way. I wouldn't tell anyone to send their loved ones here.

I visited this place, and although the staff was friendly and kind, it didn’t feel right for us. The environment was messy and a bit dim. The residents seemed well looked after, but it wasn’t our preference.
