"Out of Our Budget"
My husband and I visited this home today. The private room was priced at $3,600, and the semi-private room was $2,500. We were hoping for the semi-private room because it fit our budget. However, [name removed] told us there were no private rooms available. The price for the private room kept increasing, and when we left, it was $4,000. Unfortunately, this is beyond what we can afford.

"Comfortable Assisted Living with Community Spirit"
I met Delilah, who showed me some nice-sized rooms. Bathrooms were close by, equipped with showers and space for helping residents. The common area was spacious and pleasant, easy for wheelchairs and walkers to move around. There's a lovely covered patio and grassy area out back for everyone to enjoy. Each resident has their own notebook and medication bin. Residents can join in meal prep if they'd like, and meals are shared communally. The atmosphere of the home felt cozy and welcoming.
