"Assisted Living Facility Review: Not Worth the Cost Anymore"
My mom stayed here for nearly two years. She came during the Covid craziness. Despite her vaccination, it was tough to get her in. Initially, the care was better than I thought for a while. They kept me updated, and the staff worked to make Mom comfortable. Most of the main staff had been there for over a decade, some from the beginning. But, due to costly Covid rules and staff shortages, many experienced staff left. They tried to keep things going, but eventually gave up. Now, the place is nothing like it was. It got bought out, and the new owners seem focused on cutting costs. The food quality has dropped, and the prices have shot up by over a grand in less than two years. Paying over $[removed] a month for a tiny room and bad meals just isn't worth it anymore! It's disappointing.

"Sunrise of Chandler: Positive Tour Experience"
Our family visited Sunrise of Chandler in person, and overall, it was a positive tour experience. It was a close second choice for us.

"Basic American nursing home, average food, limited activities, room-bound residents."
The nursing home is like what you’d expect, run by a private owner who’s in it for profit. The food is okay, nothing to write home about. People mostly stay in their rooms because there isn’t much to do, especially recently.
