"Great Choice for Loved Ones: Roomy and Close by"
I’d tell others about this place. We chose it for our family member since there was space open and it’s close to us.

"Good Staff, But Details Were Missed"
We chose The Enclave because the salesperson was super nice, and the place looked clean and was in a good spot. But they didn’t tell us we had to bring our own bathroom stuff. I also didn’t know they had a barber who could shave people in the memory care area, and they can’t style my mom’s hair. I really like the people working here, though. They just have to pay more attention to the small things.

"Room for Improvement in The Enclave Assisted Living Facility"
We picked The Enclave because it was new, clean, and smelled good. The furniture looked modern. But, they've had trouble keeping staff, so it takes longer to get help. The food isn't always good, and they run out of stuff often. They could do better.

"Elder Abuse and Service Theft Alleged at Assisted Living Facility"
I'm the primary caregiver for my 94-year-old mom who's at this assisted living facility. She's got a bit of dementia, but most often she's clear-headed. She's been living there for a couple of months now, and I'm supposed to pay for some important services like giving her daily oral medication, putting in her eye drops for Macular Degeneration and glaucoma, as well as helping her with showers on Tuesdays and Fridays. As a devoted son, I always check in with my mom to see if she's getting the care she needs. More than once, she's told me that she hasn't been getting her scheduled showers. One day, I looked into the facility's records with the help of a caregiver and found out that indeed, my mom had missed a shower. She had gone for nearly week without a shower! On another day, I called my mom and she told me that she'd been waiting all day for her shower but no one had come. When I rang the facility, I was told by a staffer that my mom had already showered and was now coming from a social gathering. But my mom had confirmed that she hadn't been to any gathering and definitely hadn't showered. The conversation got heated and I was downright furious at the staff for lying. Next, another caregiver insisted that my mom had showered earlier in the day, supported by a staff log on their software. They even tried to blame my mom's supposed lack of memory for the confusion. I was beyond angry at that point. Deciding to find out for myself, I headed to the facility. A caregiver there confirmed that my mom hadn't showered yet, contradicting the staff logs. The caregiver even revealed that the staff log had been tampered with before. After inspecting my mom’s room, I could tell for certain that a shower hadn't been given for several days, with no evidence of wet towels or a wet shower area. With this clear violation and disregard for my mom's care, I reported the facility to the local authorities as it was clear the center was falsely claiming they provided a service and thus committing elder abuse. The trust I had in the facility is shattered, and now I need to find a more reliable place for my mom's care. The total dishonesty and lack of actual care make me wonder what other instances of neglect are happening to other residents at the center. This is a truly serious matter.

"Dan Carter at The Enclave is a great resource!"
The Enclave is an amazing help. [Name] really knows the senior living options in the valley. I called him feeling desperate to find a place for my mother, who needed a lot of care. The worker gave me everything I needed to find the right fit for her. He answered every question I had with helpful and important information. Thank you.

"A great place for Mom!"
We are really happy with the care Mom is getting at The Enclave in Anthem. The staff are friendly and caring, the food is healthy and tasty, and there are lots of activities for her to choose from. The place is warm and clean. When she had a health issue on a Saturday, the staff took care of her fast and let me know right away. We feel good knowing she's safe here.

"Great care and friendly community!"
My mother can’t see well, but the staff at The Enclave is very friendly and helpful. I felt sure my mom was safe and well cared for. The other residents are also welcoming, making it easy for her to make friends and feel at home. Even with her vision issues, she enjoys many activities. The food is tasty, and the apartments are spacious and pretty. The amenities are excellent.

"Perfect choice for my parents!"
Amazing place! The staff is caring, and the residents are friendly. They have regular dining, weekly ice cream socials, bistro food three days a week, and a monthly dinner dance. There are lots of fun activities that help residents socialize. The common areas are clean, inviting, and great for residents and their families to gather. The apartments are modern, clean, and have everything, including a washer, dryer, full-size fridge, and stove (though my parents never need to cook). The staff knows every resident by name, and the shuttle service is super helpful for trips to church, the doctor, or the grocery store. Plus, there’s covered parking!

"Clean and friendly, but not quite what we needed."
We went on a nice tour of The Enclave at Anthem Senior Living. Everything looked neat and tidy, and the folks there were really nice and ready to assist. It just didn't quite match what we were searching for at the moment.
