"Grandpa's Poor Care and Overcharged for Gloves at Care Facility"
My grandpa stayed at this place after breaking his leg. He needed help moving around. He wasn't confused or unable to control his bladder. While he was there during the first week, he asked for help going to the bathroom. But the main guy, Mike, told him just to use his diaper because he was "too busy"! When Grandpa needed help going to the bathroom to brush his teeth before sleep, he was turned down again. He was really unhappy and Grandma took him home after just 17 days. She isn't very strong but still took care of him the best she could. The worst part is, she was made to buy 1,000 pairs of gloves to take home that she doesn't need.

"Inconsiderate care and uncalled-for expense at facility"
My grandpa was here to recover from a broken leg. He needed someone to be there when he had to move. He's not confused or helpless, just needed some assistance. During the first week, he asked for help to go to the bathroom. The main person in charge, told him to go in his diaper because he was "too busy"! My grandpa also asked for help to go brush his teeth before bed and was also turned down. He was so unhappy that my grandma had to take him home after less than 3 weeks. Even though she's not strong herself, she still took care of him. She had to buy 1,000 gloves that she didn't need just to take him home.

"Mixed Feelings about Small Assisted Living Facility"
This place is pretty nice, and the staff is friendly, which is good. There are only five residents, which is also nice. One drawback is that one lady has her own bathroom, while the other is shared by four people. Right now, only two other people are using the second bathroom. They have two rooms available. Unfortunately, Lina couldn't meet to discuss pricing, but I called later and spoke to Gladys. She said the smaller room is $2800.00 and the larger one is $3200.00. It seems a little pricey compared to other places. However, it might be our only option at this point. Also, there was a cute little dog there.
