"Assisted Living Facility Review: Clean, Friendly, But Lacking Care"
If you're pretty healthy, it's nice. It's clean, safe, and the caregivers are friendly. But if you need lots of care, you won't get it. The food used to be good with a chef, but now they're cutting corners and it's worse than a school cafeteria. They're also reducing caregivers, overworking staff. They fired the activities director, so no activities. Transportation is scarce, hard to get.

"Unhappy Tour Experience at Mission, Chose Competing Facility Instead"
I took a tour of the facility and our guide, wasn't welcoming at all! He kept pushing this whole religious angle, even though this place isn't supposed to have anything to do with religion. We repeatedly told him we were just interested in the rooms, not the chapel or Bible class. Then I learned that some of the staff previously worked at Emanuel when two residents disappeared and one of them died! I felt super weird talking to them all. I just couldn't leave my mom there so we visited Legacy House. It was a total 180! They treated us wonderfully and I felt really good signing my mom up there. I'm sorry, but there's just no way I could leave my mom at the Mission, knowing what the staff's record is like!
