"Great Place to Live with Awesome Staff and Delicious Food"
I live at The Montecito now and my experience here has been really good! The staff is awesome. They're always happy, super helpful, and quick. They really go out of their way to help. The cleaning is really thorough and they're always on time. The food is yummy. I haven't tried any of the activities yet. I would tell others to live at The Montecito, I already have!

"Helpful for finding places with independent to assisted living options"
The search for places offering both independent and assisted living was made easier with this service.

"Consider The Montecito for Engaging Activities!"
I recommend checking out this community. The director is great, and most of the staff are caring and attentive. The management team is responsive, too. The Montecito is on beautiful grounds, and everyone here is doing their best. While my loved ones don’t participate in activities, there are plenty offered. If your loved one enjoys activities and outings, consider looking into this community.

"Mixed Feelings about Assisted Living Facility"
The campus looks really nice. It's a decent place depending on how much help your loved one needs. I wish they had something in between assisted living and memory care for my loved one. They've changed cooks a couple of times. I think staff turnover happens here like in other places.

"Disappointing Assisted Living Experience with Hygiene and Food Concerns"
Our experience wasn't what we hoped for. It didn't feel clean, with roaches in her room, poorly handled. New director coincided with food decline, wouldn't recommend.

"Not Quite What We Expected"
I wasn't super impressed with this place. It just didn't match what we wanted.

"Quality of Care Lacking Despite High Cost"
We're really upset about the service these folks are getting. For what we're paying, the care isn't meeting our expectations. Sometimes the food isn't half bad, and there's stuff happening in the memory care department, but it honestly feels like they need more hands on deck and better-trained staff.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
They had cool stuff to do, but COVID shut them down. We picked it because it had a downstairs two-bedroom, which was easy for our family to visit. Food was okay, nothing fancy, but our family member liked it.

"Supportive environment with activities; pandemic limits current experience."
I'm pretty happy so far. My husband passed away about three weeks ago, and everyone here has been very supportive. Before he passed, I didn't do much because he was mostly bedridden, and I didn't want to leave him alone. Now that I'm here more, I'm starting to participate in more activities. They offer a lot of things to do, and I'm sure it will get even better once the virus restrictions are lifted. Right now, we can't go anywhere or have visitors.
