"Peaceful and Comfortable Assisted Living for Elderly Residents"
This place makes me happy when I visit. I feel good about my dad living there. The two-bedroom apartment was just right for both mom and dad, and now the one-bedroom is perfect for dad.

"Unhappy with Assisted Living Facility’s Service and Cleanliness"
Please think twice before choosing this place for your loved ones. The employees often seem upset, mad, and aren’t willing to help. When my mom started living on her own here, I got endless calls that first weekend because she had lots of questions, like where to get her meals or how to know what activities were happening. Her room was near the assisted living section, even though she was supposed to be living independently, and the person in charge of the deli wouldn’t serve her because he didn’t understand where she was supposed to be. I ended up having to order her food online so she wouldn’t go hungry while they sorted everything out. The room was really dirty when she moved in; the mop turned black when I tried to clean the floor, and it still looked dirty after I worked on it for a long time. The air conditioning didn’t work right, her door wouldn’t lock for the first couple of days, and the events they had were terrible. Other residents even told her she should leave if she could afford a better place because they were only there since they couldn’t afford anything nicer. Honestly, there wasn’t a single good thing about this facility.

"Palazzo Review Summary"
When I told them I was moving, they said I needed to give 30 days' notice. But I gave more than 30 days, and they charged me extra: $. I let them know on and moved out on . They still charged me from . It felt like a punishment for giving too much notice, which didn't seem fair. I even talked to the business office about giving notice on , but they said I should stick to the original move-out date of . I was disappointed because I really needed that money more than the Palazzo did. Most of the staff worked hard and cared about their job. Sometimes had to wait for help, though. The food was okay, but not always great. He enjoyed the music activities, church services, Bible studies, chair yoga, and the activities led by she. Overall, it's a good place, but we had to move he because the monthly price went up to $. After a year, it was just too expensive.

"Mixed Feelings at The Palazzo"
My mom enjoys the activities, but she's not happy with the food. We picked The Palazzo because of the big Jewish community. I'd recommend improvements if they upgrade the food quality. They keep saying things will get better soon.

"Neglected and Ill-Treatment at Phoenix Assisted Living Facility"
This has to be one of the poorest senior living homes in the larger Phoenix area. The staff is horrendous, the management is awful, and their main concern is squeezing money out of the residents. They've treated my dad terribly and he recently had to move to the assisted living section of the facility - a place I believe they send people when they have given up on them. My dad didn't want to move because he had his apartment and his dog - his only friend and companion since none of our family lived in the state. They didn't let my dad bring his dog with him to the assisted living section. Instead, they convinced him to let a staff member adopt his cherished pet, promising it would visit him every week. Recently, I discovered the facility worker who took my dad's dog, only had it for a month before losing it.

"Palazzo Improves Amid COVID Challenges"
In the first 90 days, my in-laws faced challenges due to COVID. Quarantine and delivery-only food fell short of standards. Now, with things improving, they're feeling better about Palazzo.
