"Overcrowded Facility with Inconsistent, Unreliable Care"
The rooms here are small and the closets are even smaller. You can't even have your own phone. Half-sized bathrooms aren't easy for people in wheelchairs to use. The amount of care you get depends on who's working that day. Sometimes, there's only one person looking after 10 residents. I actually saw someone fall and not get help for 20 minutes because there was just one caregiver working. The people who work at night often slack off.
