"Assisted Living Community Brings New Friends and Activities"
Our family member stays busy with lots of fun things to do and has met new friends. Moving them to the senior living place was smart because they were alone in their old apartment. Now they're happier and have made more friends. It's been a really good change.

"Assisted Living Facility Provides Comfort and Communication During Crisis"
My mom had to go to the hospital. The staff called us kids to tell us what they knew, where she went, and all that. We were really thankful that they kept us informed during that time. The place is nice and not too expensive. It's not the newest or the biggest, but the food is good, and my mom is meeting new friends there.

"Top-notch Dining Experience; Recommend for Families"
We liked how the chef always made great meals. People always said the food in the dining hall was excellent. Now, there's a new company, but the dining staff are staying. There will be a new chef, so we hope the food stays excellent. From what we saw, we would tell other families to consider The Springs of Scottsdale.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Cleanliness and Appearance"
I visited this place, and it didn't really wow me. The building and how clean it was didn't impress me much.

"A Great Place with Friendly Staff and Fun Activities"
This place has been really good. I would think about living here myself. The staff are very helpful to our family and our loved one. We get to eat meals with our loved one once a week. The kitchen staff and other workers are very welcoming, and it's great. The other residents are very friendly. There are lots of activities for everyone to choose from.

"Mixed Feelings About The Springs of Scottsdale"
My visit to The Springs of Scottsdale was decent. The building seemed a bit older, maybe from the 70s or 80s. Unfortunately, they lacked washer/dryers in the apartments, which was a deal-breaker for me. Overall, I preferred the layout and location of another place.

"Good location, decent apartments, food varies"
We chose The Springs of Scottsdale because it's in a convenient location. The apartment sizes are good for his needs. He said the food is really good during the week but bad on weekends. It's cold and not as good. I suggest the staff park farther from the building because some residents have trouble parking close to their units. Overall, I would recommend it to others.

This was one of [name]'s top two picks. The floorplans were nice, and there were lots of people around. [Name] gave us lunches when we left. The food was excellent.

"The Springs: Impressive Facade, Disappointing Living Conditions"
I visited The Springs, which seemed acceptable at first glance. The staff and leadership performed impressively for visitors during the tour. However, once I reached the residents' area, it felt disappointing and below average.
