"Don't trust Vi at Grayhawk; consider the welfare of loved ones."
We had my father-in-law move into Vi at Grayhawk a while back. From afar, the place appeared appealing and suitable, promising everything an elderly person would require in their twilight years. But the unpleasant truth is that its operation resembles a middle school, led by people who value money over the welfare of the residents. I can point out countless flaws here: the hefty expenses, the lack of suitable services, their despicable treatment towards the residents. I could confuse you with loads of names, dates, and stories from people who've experienced this, but I won't... Understand this facility is deceiving. It's more like an expensive mediocre hotel, not a care house. Their management is the absolute worst I've seen in my 40 years of business experience. They are genuinely terrible individuals. Please, don't let your loved ones stay here. It's merely a money-crazy hotel pretending to be a comprehensive care center. Yes, there are a few decent people here, but their efforts are buried by the horrible ones in charge.

"Unwelcoming Tour Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
My family visited for a tour, but didn't feel welcome. The tour guide complained about folks who couldn't afford to stay there, which made us uncomfortable since we could afford it. So, we left.

"Great care and happy mom"
Moving mom in was very smooth. They had everything ready for her. They've been amazing, taking great care of her. There have been a couple of issues with the room, but overall it's been a very positive experience and I highly recommend them. Everyone there has been fabulous—I can't say enough good things! My mom can be very fussy but she's been really happy and loves the food.

"Better than I Thought It Would Be... Amazing!!"
What an amazing experience. First, you meet Les Davidson, who goes above and beyond to help. He gives details on what to expect and assists with everything for a smooth transition. The staff is excellent, and the residents are so friendly I wanted to move there! They are eager to meet new people and make you feel welcome. The environment is so positive! One person told me my mother would be so busy she'd need to learn to say "no" or she'd be exhausted—and it was true.
