"Nice place, not perfect for my mom."
The community was really nice, but it wasn't the best choice for my mom.

Disappointed
"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Care and Meals"
The care here feels limited. We don't trust caregivers with prescriptions. They might not grasp how much patience it takes for folks with advanced dementia. Residents say meals aren't up to par, but it's tough to please everyone.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living in Phoenix"
He was really nice and told us lots about the place and the people who live there. The building is in an old part of Phoenix, near 43rd Avenue, which is a busy street. The people living there seemed friendly. They have one bathroom for every four residents. The private room they showed us was small and didn't have a closet. The backyard faces a gravel alleyway and you can see it through a chain link fence, which made it seem a bit sad. Even though I liked the people, I wasn't too happy with the place and I couldn't imagine my mom being comfortable there.

Happy with what I Learned
"Inadequate facility, but Robin provided immense support"
The staff, who oversees the facility, was extremely accommodating and insightful. I stayed there only for a week, but she assisted me as I became more active, beyond what words can express. :)
