"Basic Services Fine, Care and Communication at A-1 Boarding Poor"

If your family member just needs a place to live, A-1 Boarding Care is the tidiest one I've seen. But if they actually need assistance and care, I wouldn't recommend it. The meals are okay, but bingo is the only activity. Plus, most people there don't speak English. They gave my mom too many medications until she couldn't move or respond. They and their hospice team seemed to prioritize the facility's interests over my mom's.
