"Overpriced Assisted Living Facility with Poor Communication and Care"
This facility has really bad communication skills and they always seem to start an argument when you ask them any questions. They charge way too much money and they won't hesitate to give a lot of medication to your loved ones to make their own jobs easier. They can't or just won't give you the care records for your family member. If you like to listen to people complaining about how hard it is to take care of your slightly disabled parent, then maybe you might like this place. But I would not suggest you send even a dog here, even if it's one you can't stand. The moment we transferred our parent to a different center, her condition got a lot better. And that other place only cost half as much as this one.

"Horrific Communication, Overpriced, Overmedication at Care Facility"
Terrible communication, they argue whenever we ask questions, it's way too expensive, it seems like they are more than willing to heavily medicate your loved one if it makes their jobs easier. They can't or won't even provide care records. If you want to constantly hear complaints about how hard it is to take care of your (barely disabled) parent, maybe this is the place for you. But I wouldn't even recommend sending a dog here. Not even one you don't like. After we moved our parent to another facility, we saw a huge improvement. Plus, the other place was only half the price.

"Fantastic Care and Clean Facility – Highly Recommended!"
The owner at A Loving Heart Senior Care was fantastic. He was professional and knew a lot. My father got excellent care. The staff kept us informed and the place was clean with good meals. I recommend this place to families looking for a great home for their loved ones.

"Rocky really knows her stuff, and everyone is thriving."
Rocky really knows what she's doing. She’s super helpful and knows a lot. The place is nice, and everyone seems to be doing well. There are plenty of locks on doors, and alarms go off if someone gets out of bed or a chair. The living room has recliners set up for watching TV together. They don't have any openings right now.
