"Lacks Outdoor Amenities, Pleasant Interior, Needs Improvement"
Rooms inside are nice and cozy. But outside, it’s pretty dull. There are only cement, dirt, and old plywood ramps leading to the doors. We were hoping for more outdoor spaces to walk around and relax. So, unfortunately, this place didn’t meet our needs.

"Uncomfortable Visit at Depressing and Unclean Assisted Living Facility"
My visit to this assisted living facility was truly uncomfortable. I couldn't wait to leave this place. There was a mix-up about our tour time which led to me and my loved one waiting for almost half an hour before we could look around. The place was really dim, and it just felt like a sad place to be. Throughout our entire visit, we only saw one resident, with the rest kept behind closed doors and no activities happening. Additionally, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The guy who guided us on our tour was really pushy, kind of like a car salesman. Overall, it was a negative experience, and I wouldn't want to entrust my mom to this facility.

"Mixed feelings on food, but professional and nice living environment!"
My loved one's main issue is with the food. The owners are Filipino, and they serve what they consider Filipino cuisine, which my loved one isn't fond of. Apart from that, I found the staff very professional. The houses are pleasant and well laid out. Overall, I trust them a lot!

"Food preference; otherwise confident and satisfied."
Main complaint: Filipino food, otherwise professional, nice homes, confident.

"Assisted Living Review: Clean but Care Lacks Owners' Presence"
The place is really clean, and the owners seem nice. One of them is even a nurse! But, they said they'd be here all the time, and I haven't seen them once. The caregivers spend most of the day sleeping. They won't work with our home health person for care or access. Expect to pay more; rent doesn't cover supplies, and nothing they offer is really available. You'll need to bring your own stuff.

"Promises Not Kept, Extra Costs at Assisted Living Facility"
The place is spotless. The owners, including a registered nurse, seem nice. That being said, they promised they'd be there around the clock, yet I haven't seen them at all during my visits. The caretakers they hired are often asleep during the day. They also haven't cooperated with our home health coordinator regarding daily care instructions or access to the resident. Get ready to spend extra, the rent doesn't include any supplies. Anything they claim to be available for use, isn't. You will need to provide your own.
