"Great tour, but not the right fit for us."
I enjoyed the tour with the staff. They explained everything clearly. I understood what they offer, but it didn't fit our needs. The tour went very well.

"Short stay, intensive needs, decent care."
She just stayed for five days. They couldn't handle her intense needs but her care was okay during her short stay.

"They were amazing to us"
We only used AAA Assistance Care Home for a short time, but they were super helpful and accommodating. They really cared about their guests, and I couldn't have asked for a better place. My mom came from a bigger home before, but I wish we'd chosen AAA Assistance Care Home from the start.

"Nice place, clean, all women, $3500 room, Adriana kind"
This place is really nice and has all women living here. The meals looked good, and everything was clean and tidy. The owner runs just two homes in MV. A private room with a bath costs $3500, and everything is included. Adriana is a very kind person, and her husband is a registered nurse.

"Two homes with caring staff and great amenities for residents"
There are 2 homes, one in Mission Viejo and one in Laguna Hills. Mission Viejo has only women living there, while Laguna Hills has a mix of both men and women. Each location has 2 caregivers who live there around the clock. Nobody is awake at night, but there's a bell system for help. Laundry service is included, and they handle medications and refills. I really liked the owner and her husband. He’s a quiet RN, and she is warm, friendly, and caring with the residents. I loved the Mission Viejo house because it has all private rooms with half bathrooms attached. They take residents between the two houses and out to restaurants. I saw other residents at dinner, and they were all alert and friendly. Every room has cable TV, and residents can use the house phone.

Visited with Mom at an assisted living facility. Mom and I both liked it. The director was wonderful, and residents seemed happy and well cared for.
