"Concern Over Mom's Injury Leads to Non-Recommendation of Facility"
After just two weeks at this place, my mom had a bad fall and ended up with a broken hip bone. The explanation they gave us doesn't match what mom says happened. We trust our mom and have taken our complaints to multiple organizations. I would tell people not to go here.

"Dissatisfied with Care Facility's Handling of Mom's Injury"
Just two weeks into her stay at the facility, my mom had a serious fall, breaking her femoral neck bone in her hip. Interestingly, the account we got from the facility doesn't match up with what our mom tells us. We've decided to trust our mom's narrative and have reported this situation to several organizations. We would not advise anyone to use this establishment.

"Quiet Assisted Living Tour Lacks Vibrancy, Not Ideal Match"
This place wasn't dirty, and everything seemed okay for someone to live there. But it felt like there wasn't a lot happening or people interacting much. It didn't seem like anyone was being ignored, but it also didn't feel like a lively place. The tour was nice, and it was interesting to see the living room, dining room, and an available room. However, it just didn't seem like the right fit for me.

"Mixed feelings after first care home visit; continuing the search."
We just began looking at care homes. Our first visit was eye-opening and informative. The staff were friendly and answered all our questions thoroughly. Despite a positive first impression, we'll explore more options.

"Nice First Visit, Still Searching for the Best Place"
We just started looking for a care home, and this was the first one we visited. The visit was really helpful and we learned a lot. The workers were friendly and answered all our questions, so I felt good about it. But since this was our first visit, I'm not sure it's the best one yet, so we will keep looking. We don't have anything to compare it to, so our search continues.

"Abbey Covey: Clean, Caring, and Compassionate Assisted Living"
This place is always clean and smells nice. They have great communication. The meals are lovely. The caregivers are very compassionate and caring. They help make my parents' daily lives comfortable and pleasant. They encourage them to do activities and make sure their personal hygiene is good. They let me know of any concerns or observations. They also encourage family get-togethers and celebrations. It's small, so there's lots of one-on-one attention.

"Comfortable Assisted Living in North Stockton"
This place is really nice! It's big and comfy, and it's in a quiet neighborhood up in North Stockton. It's easy to get to from Highway 99, so even folks in Lodi can come visit. The people who work here are super nice and really care about the folks living here. I feel good knowing my mom is taken care of. They have different kinds of rooms, some private and some shared, and they offer lots of different services. Overall, it's a pretty good spot.

"Warm, Caring Place with Friendly Staff"
We found Abbey Covey to be a warm and friendly place. Janette and her mother-in-law are very nice and genuinely care about their home. They are easy to talk to and stay in touch with us, so we feel comfortable having our loved one live at Abbey Covey.
