Aegis seemed perfect at first, but ended up disappointing. Everything required extra charges, even basic needs like a low-salt diet for my mom's health issues. Falling became a frequent problem, demanding additional payments for caregivers. Other essential services came with hefty fees too. Costs skyrocketed, revealing profit-driven motives. My mom fell multiple times without proper assistance. The last incident was particularly alarming she lay on the ground for possibly hours before anyone noticed. The lack of timely care is unacceptable for seniors.
