"Negligent Care and Delayed Communication at Assisted Living Facility"

While we were in the hospital, we saw another patient who had been at this facility for less than a day before their family member fell and got a brain bleed. One of the workers, took the resident to the doctor all by herself, and didn't bother to call the person's daughter for four whole hours. Someone had recommended this place to me and just a few days after, they called to say they have a room available for us. I don't think we'll be taking it, not after what we saw.
