"Decent Community, Friendly Guide, Mixed Experience for Loved One"
The AgeSong Woodpark was really nice. It was clean and well-kept. The person who showed me around was friendly and knew a lot. It was okay, but not the perfect fit for my family member.

"Disappointed by tour, condition of residents bothersome"
My visit to this assisted living community was a letdown. As we walked through the common areas, a powerful, unpleasant scent of smoke filled the air. That's not a smell that should be lingering in such a place. Additionally, I noticed that many of the residents seemed neglected. A lot of them remained in their pajamas and looked unwell. I couldn't imagine placing my dad in a living situation like that.

"Unpleasant Smell and Unhappy Atmosphere at Assisted Living Facility"
The place has a foul odor and feels quite gloomy.

"AgeSong Doesn't Quite Appeal to Us"
This place seems pretty old-fashioned. It feels more like a school or hospital than a cozy home. While it's nice, I think it's a bit pricey for what they provide.

"Poor Conditions at Woodpark Assisted Living"
Don't choose Woodpark for your loved one. Complaining to the staff doesn't help. If you do place someone there, visit often and check everything. Otherwise, your relative might end up sleeping on a bare mattress without sheets or blankets and wearing oversized clothes that pose a health risk.

""Steer Clear of Woodpark: Poor Living Conditions and Unresponsive Management""
Avoid Woodpark for your family members. Voicing grievances to those in charge achieves nothing. If you disregard this warning and put a family member there, make sure to check on them frequently and thoroughly. If you don't, you might discover your loved one forced to sleep on a bare mattress without sheets or blankets, something I've seen myself. The clothes they might be given to wear could be so big that it becomes dangerous due to possibilities of tripping.

"Great care and understanding of dementia"
They have been really good at going to the hospital and checking on my friend. Everything they did was awesome. They really understand how dementia works and focus on solutions, not problems. This facility is particularly good. They have great interns who are very helpful.
