"Beautiful Place, Pricey for Us"
Wow, the place had such pretty gardens and a big house. The owner was super nice, but it cost a bit too much for us.

Not about care, alarms intrusive, seniors seemed sad, bad vibe.

""Focused More on Funds, Less on Resident Happiness""
I wouldn't trust this place with my mom, because it seemed like they cared more about money than taking care of people. The doors had alarms on them at night, so if my mom had to get up to use the bathroom - something she does often - an alarm would go off. I saw some older people sitting outside and they didn't look happy. It just didn't feel right.
