"Assisted Living Facility Needs Better Care, Hygiene and Communication"
The cleanliness of the residents is not maintained properly. There are also long gaps between when their clothes are changed. They don't offer much variety in terms of food, and the supplies seem to be limited. Only two caregivers are working here. One of them is always listening to music through earbuds, making it impossible for them to hear if a resident is having trouble. They act as though they don't understand the language spoken by family members, which avoids conversations about their concerns. Moreover, there is no engagement going on with the residents. They are simply left sitting in front of a television. Despite the facility's cost being lower compared to other places, I strongly advise not to send your beloved family members here if at all feasible. One of the caregivers is particularly disagreeable and tough to deal with.

"Open, Airy, and Friendly"
Anshin Home Care has been a great fit for our family. The place feels open, airy, and clean, and everyone is very friendly. My loved one enjoys watching TV or playing games at the dining room table. Since it’s a small facility, she gets the care and attention she needs.

I really liked Anshin Home Care. They kept us informed and everything was good. It was nice to find someone who speaks her language. The place is always clean and smells nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. They take good care of my loved one. I can't rate the activities because we haven't tried them.

"Extremely caring and helpful staff."
I really like how caring the staff is. The whole environment feels right—the way the house is set up, and how my mom can spend time outdoors. Everyone is super helpful and goes out of their way to assist. Sometimes it can be a bit hard to understand them because of some language differences, but besides that, there’s nothing I think they need to change. The home and the care they provide are great. My mom is doing much better here than she was at the last place.

"Clean, happy, healthy facility with limited transportation and activities."
The assisted living place was really clean. The people living there seemed happy and healthy. They had lots of fruit and fresh food in the kitchen, which was great. The outside area was pleasant too. But the downside was they didn't have much transportation or activities to do outside.

"Visited Assisted Living: Owners Pleasant, Room Size Good"
I visited the assisted living facility and found the owners very pleasant. The location is in a nice neighborhood, and it's currently at the top of my list. I liked the size of the available private room. However, I thought they could be a little tidier. I noticed only one client who was alert; everyone else was in bed in the middle of the day, which bothers me a little.
