"Caring staff with good day and night coverage"

We are new to the care home but like everything we've seen so far. The staff is very caring and gentle. The caregivers are always busy, but they make sure there's good coverage both day and night.

Letdown. The place looks old and dull. Just wasn't our style.

"Facility Unprepared with No Rooms and No Scheduled Tour"

The place had no rooms available. It seemed like they had no idea I was expected to come for a tour.
