"Persistent Issues Force Unwanted Move from Assisted Living Facility"
At first, this assisted living facility seemed great. However, problems began to surface with both the staff and caregivers. After attempting to rectify these issues, I had no choice but to move my loved one to another location. I didn't want to do this, especially after they had been living there for a year and a half. Yet, the situation was simply no longer tenable. Going through the other reviews, it's clear that this is a recurring problem. It's heartbreaking to see this, especially knowing that the residents are the ones who suffer the most from these problems. I hope that things improve at this facility, because these issues have been going on for years.

"Misleading Reviews and Lack of Care at Assisted Living Home"
Watch out! Internet reviews on this nursing home are misleading. They'll offer treats like Sees Candies to residents' families for good reviews. I speak from experience - they tried to make me give them one. The place looks nice and the staff appears kind, but only if your relative is heavily medicated and doesn't need much attention. If they do, they're often overlooked and even completely neglected. The facility says their team is trained to assist dementia patients, but that's not true. Don't just believe the glowing reviews, visit often to see for yourself.

"Wonderful place with friendly staff and fun activities for residents!"
My loved one and I had a great time during our visit to this community. The staff were all very helpful, and I appreciated that we didn't feel rushed or pushed. There were lots of fun activities happening all around, and seeing residents interact made me happy. Overall, I was really pleased with our experience and have no complaints.
