"Arlen Manor: Fresh, Friendly, and Promising!"
We recently joined Arlen Manor, and my mom loves her room and the attentive care. The owners are fantastic. After just 8 weeks, it’s a refreshing change from our previous experience. They even serve fresh fruits and veggies. Mom is making new friends, and I suspect our rating will improve with time.

Pleased Daughter
"Convenient and Supportive Assisted Living with Caring Staff"
I'm happy with my mom being there. No problems at all. The staff is really helpful. The cost is good for my mom. I'm not sure about the activities. When I visit, they're watching TV together in the front room. Gail, who runs it, has been great helping with my mom. Despite her dementia, Mom seems to like it. Sometimes she forgets where she is, but she tells me she enjoys it. It's easy for me to walk over and visit, so it's been a good fit for both of us.

"Arlen Manor: Good Community with Room for Improvement"
This community is pretty good, but there are a couple of issues they need to fix. Arlen Manor is clean, the food looks great, and the location is convenient. They have one caregiver per shift for about six residents. The managers are really nice, and it feels like home. Overall, it's a good community that just needs a little improvement.

A Place For Mom Customer
"Limited Support, Occasional Comforts, Pet-Friendly Assisted Living Facility"
This place gives you some basics like meds, transport, and food, but you've gotta bring your own depends. They don't help with appointments though. Sometimes you get homemade meals, but often it's just canned soup and pasta. Good news for pet lovers, your furry friends can come visit. But keep in mind, they're only equipped for transferring one person from bed to chair.
