"Mixed Experience: Comfortable Accommodations, but Management Issues"

I lived there for two and a half years. The rooms were comfy enough. The people who took care of us were nice. But, the folks who ran things didn't handle the medicine stuff well. They'd get mad sometimes and weren't always honest. I wouldn't recommend it for your family.
