Atria Burlingame

"Affordable, friendly, and clean assisted living."
I would say it's a good place overall. Communication from staff could be a little better, but it's okay. It's clean, and the staff is friendly and cares about my mom's well-being. Honestly, the price is great because it's all-inclusive. My mom is on a fixed budget, and this was a good fit financially.

"Concerns Over Management and Safety Equipment Delays"
The leadership at this place is a bit iffy right now. The stuff they promise you and what you actually get don’t match up. Plus, the regular safety gear isn’t there when you need it. You might have to wait a long time, like weeks, before they hand it out.

"Needs Upgrades but Welcoming Staff and Convenient Amenities"
We visited Pacifica Senior Living Burlingame while looking for an Assisted Living place for our family member. The staff there was friendly and made us feel welcomed. They have physical therapy available right there. The building itself is quite old, including the elevator. The resident rooms are also old and could use some improvements like newer heaters, updated appliances, better lighting, and renovated bathrooms.

"Friendly Staff, But Neglectful"
The staff at Pacifica Senior Living is super friendly, but they're really short-staffed and overworked. My dad fell a few times and was found in his room. They sent him to the hospital without ever telling his wife.

"Friendly Staff and Spacious Rooms at Atria Burlingame"
We picked Atria Burlingame because it’s in a good spot, affordable, and the staff is nice. The rooms are a bit bigger than other places, and my loved one has her own private studio. I’d recommend it to others—the staff feels like family.

"Mixed Feelings on Atria’s Changes and Costs"
When we first chose Atria, things looked promising, but it didn’t stay that way. The cost to live there jumped up a lot, and we couldn’t afford it anymore. That’s why we had to pack up and go. The meals were yummy at first, but they started to get not so good, even before the whole world got sick. But I’ll say this: they sure had plenty of fun stuff to do, and they worked super hard to keep everyone happy and busy when everyone was stuck inside.
