"Mixed Feelings About Atria Carmichael Oaks"
We visited Atria Carmichael Oaks while looking for a place for our loved one. It was our second choice, but they increase the rent by 10% to 15% annually.

"Excellent Management and Communication at Assisted Living Facility"
My husband and I were very focused on how things were managed here. All the managers are very easy to talk to. They know everyone who lives here and will stop to chat, whether it's in the halls, dining room, or their office. They really listen to what people are worried about and try to fix things fast, always keeping us informed about what's going on. They are really good at talking and managing things here.

"Compact and Busy Location"
This community was nice, but not quite right for my loved one. It felt a bit cramped, and it's located on a busy street.

"Assisted Living Activities: Mixed Feelings"
Our family member really likes the food and dining service. The activities are a bit limited—just bingo, a few small games, and stretching classes. Considering the situation, they're doing their best, but it's a little disappointing because our loved one is still very active.

"Needs boiler, repetitive food."
At this place, we need a better boiler for hot water. Food's alright but repeats too much.

"Friendly Assisted Living with Good Food and Supportive Community"
I picked Atria Carmichael because I needed more help than I could manage alone, and they've been really helpful here. The studio apartment is smaller than I expected, so I switched to a one-bedroom. The food is good; we pick from a menu, and it's made by a chef. There are lots of friendly residents here for those who like socializing. I think others should check it out.
