"Exceptional Care and Happy Residents"
My mom's caregiver couldn't help her anymore, so my sister found this great place. I'm really happy with it. Everyone here, from the boss people to the medicine folks, food makers, fun activity planners, and all others, is just super! They all really care and take such good care of my mom. My mom is 104 years old and really likes her new home. She moved in back in October and she couldn't be happier. Her room is always clean, the place is nice, and they give her such great personalized care. Thanks a lot, Atria Del Sol!

"Unhappy Stay Despite Nice Facilities and Food"
This assisted living place is super close to my mom’s house, and she was thinking about checking it out before. We wouldn’t tell others to go here, though. My mom wasn’t happy during her time there. They left dirty trays in her room for a long time and didn’t change her sheets for days. Sure, the place looked great and the meals were tasty, but because of these issues, she’s not up for living there for good.

"Inconsistent Treatment and Price Hike at Assisted Living Facility"
The staff seemed great at first because they wanted our money. But after a while, they didn't act so nice. They came off as snobby and one time, my sister overheard the lady at the front desk call our dad 'low-class'. They hiked up the costs a ton after one year but couldn't even give us a good explanation as to why. We got the feeling that they were trying to push us to leave. When we told them we were going, their attitudes took a massive dive, which seemed like a cheap way to conduct business. The place itself is nice and well-maintained, though. If you want a big place with a lot of other people, you might like it here. It reminded me of a fancy hotel. They got plenty of spots for different activities like watching films or reading.

"Disappointing Experience with Assisted Living Facility's Memory Care Sales Approach"
We had a rough start. When I visited for a tour, they immediately suggested memory care for my loved one, even without meeting them. That wasn't what we needed. Despite my insistence, they pushed for it, making us feel pressured. My loved one didn't fit in there and felt isolated with no one to talk to. They didn't listen to my concerns or try to accommodate us. However, the care staff were kind and caring. Dining in the assisted living area was pleasant. But on a return visit, the salesperson embarrassed us by denying access to our dining area in front of others.

"Disappointing Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
My family and I had a bad experience at this assisted living facility. When we moved in, they made derogatory comments about us being hillbillies, which was not nice. We had a few issues, but nothing too serious. It's not okay to say such things to paying customers, and it ruined the good feelings we had about the community. No one should have to hear that after spending so much money at a place like this.
