"Comfortable living with great activities and friendly staff at Atria Hacienda"
I really enjoy living at Atria Hacienda. I like the things we get to do and how nice the Engage Life Director is. The food is really good and the care staff is super friendly and helpful. I wish I could live in my own home again, but since I can't, I'm glad I live here.

"Chose Oakmont for familiarity; Atria Hacienda cheaper but smaller."
I found Atria Hacienda nice, smaller than Oakmont, less attractive. Chose Oakmont for familiarity, weather, doctors. Atria Hacienda is cheaper; didn't explore larger Atria nearby. Will consider larger Atria for memory care in the future.

"Top-notch Care and Friendly Staff at Memory Care Facility"
My aunt's experience here has been really good. Everyone is nice and takes good care of her. She's in the memory care section, and it's always clean and nice. There are lots of things for her to do if she wants. Sometimes it's hard for her to talk with the staff, but they're really good about talking with her. The place is cleaner than most, and I chose it because of the staff and how nice everything is.

"Pretty good, but some room for improvement!"
My mom is doing well at Atria, and I’m really happy with it. Some of the staff are super helpful, while others not so much. The food is usually good, though some days it could be better. They do a good job of keeping the place clean and well-kept. I would recommend this community.

"Decent Assisted Living with Good Activities and Excellent Food"
Our time at this place was alright. Mom stayed here for a month. It's kept up pretty well, and mostly everything is clean. The people taking care of residents were good. They've got fun stuff to do, like movies in their own theater. But I couldn't really tell the difference between the independent living and assisted living. The food was really good. Overall, it was nice.

"Impressive care from staff; patient and attentive with adjustments."
The assisted living facility is off to a good start. What stands out most to us is the caring attitude of the staff. We've been watching closely to see if it's genuine, and it is. When our new resident had some trouble settling into the community, the staff were patient and attentive in helping them adjust. Overall, we're impressed.

"Top Assisted Living in the Desert"
The mamnager was super helpful at Atria Hacienda from the start. The place feels like a 4-star hotel, very nice and fresh. The food is excellent, which is great for those who love their meals. There are lots of activities: arts & crafts, movies every day in the cute movie theater (with popcorn), and a nice beauty salon on site. The atmosphere is bright and cheerful. It’s the best place we saw in the desert, and my parents are doing well there. The location is very convenient to shopping, their church, and doctor’s offices. I don’t have to worry about them anymore. Living all the way in New Jersey, this is a relief. A Place for Mom made the experience very easy. I said what we were looking for, and I immediately got calls from 5 or 6 good options. We went to look and made our decision in 3 days.

"Excellent care overall, with minor cleanliness issue."
My mom's been at Atria Hacienda for a few months. They've really gotten to know her and help her out a lot. They make sure she's happy and involved in activities. One time, her bathroom wasn't cleaned well, and it bothered me. But besides that, everything's been really good. Everyone there is nice and helpful.

"Mom is thriving at Atria Hacienda"
Moving Mom to memory care was really emotional because she didn't want to go. We picked Atria because she said if she ever had to go, that's where she wanted to be. We decided it was time, told her, and moved her. The first few weeks were hard with lots of tears. But then Mom adjusted and now loves her apartment (it's really a studio) at Atria. She joins in the activities and is well-loved by the staff. I recently spent a day with Mom, joining all her activities, and felt we made the right choice. The caregivers are incredibly warm and loving, and I heard, "We love your Mom," more than once. Mom fell recently and called me to tell me. Shortly after, one of the attendants, Maria, called me too, as per protocol. I had met Maria during my day at Atria, so it felt like talking to a friend. Mom seems more relaxed and alert now that she's not alone at home, worrying about being put in an "old folks home." This is not the "old folks home" she feared. It's a warm place with caring attendants who keep Mom engaged and serve food she enjoys. My only regret is not moving Mom sooner.

"Communication Needs Improvement at Atria Hacienda Assisted Living"
My mom's been at Atria Hacienda for a month now. She seems to be getting good care. The food's good, and her room's nice. But, we struggle to talk with the staff. It's hard to get a response, and we don't understand how they communicate with families.

"Nice facility with good food and value, needs more activities."
My dad has dementia and it felt like he was overlooked at first, but things seem better now. The place is really nice, one of the best actually. They've got a great restaurant with lots of different foods, which is important for people his age. But I wish they had more things to do to keep everyone busy and happy. It's a good deal though. I checked out some other places that cost more, but they didn't offer much more. My dad's room even has a balcony, which is a nice touch.

"Atria Hacienda: Top Choice for Happy Parents!"
The Atria Hacienda topped our list. My parents moved in last Sunday, and their boxes arrive today! They're thrilled with the choice—my dad loves the food and meeting nice people. I've visited Atria Hacienda a few times to set up my parents' rooms, and the staff treated us very well, finding accommodations and extending every courtesy.
