"Atria Assisted Living: A Positive Experience"
I recommend the facility overall. Most staff are friendly, but housekeeping could improve. Communication has been good, and the move-in process was smooth last year. I'll keep my loved one at Atria.

"Friendly Staff, Great Activities, Tidy Upgrades"
Everyone is super nice and ready to lend a hand. The dining room and activities are awesome. I do feel like the housekeeping in the individual apartments could be a bit better—maybe they could be quicker about picking up used depends, restocking toilet paper, and straightening things out.

"Assisted Living Facility's Poor Service and Unprofessional Behavior"
I put my dad in this place because it wasn't too expensive, plus they had a separate ward for Dementia patients. I thought this was smart because when his condition got worse, he could easily be transferred there. But it was bad! He got out on his own twice, got lost both times! Can you believe that? They even had the nerve to call me up past midnight every single day. The Sheriff would tell me my dad was bothering other elderly people. My dad can't talk anymore, he can't say "excuse me", so he'd just move them out of his way. Experienced staff should know this. On top of it all, they stole his stuff, like his furniture. Eventually, I had no choice but to take him to Silverado and just pay more. No outdoor activities, no patience for his Dementia and worst of all, they'd call the police on him when they were supposed to be taking care of him. They have some nerve! I was the one who should've called the police on them. PLEASE DON'T SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!!! You will regret it, trust me. They won't take care of them well. I remember leaving in tears every day when he was there.

"A Place for Mom Eases Stress at Atria Park"
This whole process has been super stressful, but A Place for Mom really helped ease that stress. They provided us with great info about Atria Park. The meals aren't the best, but the community is well-kept, and the people are amazing. It's pricey, but that's how these places are. Even though our loved one doesn't join the activities, we still see them happening.
