"Mixed Experience with Communication and Family Issues"
Atria Santa Clarita was a decent place. The facility seemed nice, and my loved one enjoyed the food. Initially, everything appeared fine. However, we encountered a significant problem: another family member removed her from the facility without notifying me, despite my being the one who placed her there. The staff claimed she could leave on her own, but given her dementia diagnosis, I disagree. I requested a refund for the remaining paid time, but no one has followed up with me. Communication needs improvement.

"Beautiful Setting and Friendly Staff, but Concerns About Understaffing"
We had a great tour at Atria. When we walked in, it felt like a hotel because it was so beautiful. The staff were really nice to us. I heard they don't have enough staff, so we decided to look somewhere else.
