"Caring staff, clean facility, few activities, no COVID cases."

This place has been wonderful for my loved one. They are caring and keep me informed, responding quickly to changes or needs. They try to accommodate special needs and requests easily. The facility is clean and charming. There aren't many activities, so I gave it 4 stars, but it's perfect for those who don't need them. Their care has been excellent, with no COVID cases. They address issues quickly. They're a hidden gem in San Carlos Hills and deserve more recognition as one of the best.
