"Friendly Staff and Furry Friends"
Certainly! Here's the revised review and a concise headline: **Review:** My mom chose to have her prescribed meds dispersed, so she can't use over-the-counter ones. But the staff is fantastic, especially [name removed] and his dog Panda. We haven't met her PAL, [name removed], yet. **** 🌟

"Great facility but pricey and not a perfect fit"
The facility was great when I visited! It was a little pricey, and we didn’t think my loved one would fit in with the other residents, but we really liked the place itself.

"Great Tour but Location Not Convenient for Family Visits"
I visited Belmont Village some time ago and had a really nice tour. The person showing me around was super friendly and helpful. The place was really clean and the tour was informative and enjoyable. I even had a meal with the guide, which was cool because I could ask more questions about whether it would be good for my mom. But, in the end, the location wasn't handy for our family to visit often.

"Our Tour Impressions"
When we visited, this community seemed clean. The staff we met during the tour were friendly, and they offered some nice amenities. However, Mom preferred another community a little more.

"Great facility with caring staff and nice apartments."
The Belmont staff made moving to assisted living much easier for us. We wanted good food, caring and skilled staff, and a nice place with comfortable apartments, including accessible showers. Belmont has fulfilled all our hopes. Our parents and uncle are happy there, and we love visiting.

So far, my mom’s move to this community is going really well. It’s a nice place, and they keep everything clean. The staff here are great very helpful and kind. There are lots of activities for residents, and she loves the meals. We feel confident she’s safe and well taken care of. This is a good, safe place, and I would definitely recommend it.

"Caring Staff and Clean Community!"
My in-laws have been at Belmont Village for about 6 weeks, and they're still adjusting. They moved here from out of state. We've encountered a few minor challenges, but the staff is actively addressing them. They're friendly and responsive. The community is well-maintained, and I'd recommend it. Spending extra time with your loved ones during this transition can make it easier for them.

"Perfect Place for Auntie's New Chapter in Los Angeles"
We live in Virginia, 2500 miles away from our 89-year-old aunt in Los Angeles. After she had a fall last summer, we moved her to a Board & Care facility. When we saw she had fully recovered and needed more activities, we started looking for other assisted living options. Since she’s a California native and would never move to the cold winters of the mid-Atlantic, we only checked out places in the Los Angeles area. Belmont Village really stood out for several reasons—different levels of independence, lots of activities, and 24/7 nursing staff. During our tour of the Burbank location, we were impressed by how friendly and caring everyone was, from the maintenance person to the administrative staff. It took some effort, but we persuaded our aunt to consider moving. She’s been there for three weeks now and is really enjoying herself. She’s joined the daily exercise class and the walking club, has gone on outings, and played bingo. Her room is lovely, and the facility is beautiful. She’s surrounded by caring people. In short, we couldn’t be happier with our choice. We’ll keep visiting every couple of months, but we’re relieved knowing she’s well taken care of.

"Lovely Place with Excellent Care"
Belmont Village was a lovely place. Although she was there only one day before she passed away, they treated her with great care. I would definitely suggest Belmont Village to anyone looking for this kind of facility.

"Quick Response and Room Ready, But On the Expensive Side"
I really liked how fast the staff at Belmont Village Burbank could respond. It was great that they could handle someone coming directly from the hospital. They were also able to provide furniture and have a room all set up. When we arrived, even at night, they were there to greet us. However, the facility is definitely on the expensive side.

"Wonderful place for Dad; highly recommend Belmont Village Burbank"
We visited several assisted living places in Los Angeles before choosing Belmont Village Burbank for my father. It was the nicest and most cheerful, with very competitive prices—lower than most we saw. The facility is always clean and bright. After my mother passed away, my father was lonely and sad, but he has made new friends here. He enjoys the many activities, especially the musical performances and Trivia on Thursday nights. My husband and I often join him for events. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they even know my father's name. We love that it’s pet-friendly, so our dogs can visit. The administrators are kind and always ready to help. We highly recommend Belmont Village Burbank.

"Good Looking but Too Large and Crowded for Comfort"
We checked out Belmont Village while considering places for elderly living. It indeed looked good, though it's just way too large. It's a massive apartment building covering a whole city block. That's just too much crowd for us.

"Great care and friendly staff, though a bit pricey"
I really liked this place because they have advanced memory care that helps with improving or managing memory issues. The rooms were a bit pricey, but they had nurses available 24/7. The staff was friendly, and the residents seemed happy.

"Belmont Makes My Dad Feel Valued and Happy Every Day"
My dad has Parkinson’s disease and needs more help than most people in assisted living, but not as much as those in memory care. Belmont has found a great solution for him. He stays in the memory care area called The Neighborhood at night but spends his days with the Circle of Friends program in assisted living. This program helps keep his memory sharp with art projects, discussions about current events, and more. Over time, it’s helped him improve his skills. The Belmont team has done a fantastic job making him feel like he belongs and maintaining his dignity. I truly believe that Belmont and its staff are the main reason my dad is still doing well today.

"Great Care and Entertainment, Some Move-In Issues Noted"
This place is very clean, attentive, and friendly with great entertainment. My mom just moved in a week or two ago, so we haven’t had much time to review everything yet. I didn’t give 5 stars because, although there was a lot of attention before the move, it was hard to get answers on the actual move-in days. I didn’t need help with the move itself, but I had questions about what’s okay, where things are, and what to do with empty boxes. It was tough to find someone, and I was disappointed there wasn’t a small welcome for my mom, like a note on her door. However, I was happy to see a nice welcome tea for new residents at the end of the month. Since moving in, the care has been excellent, and every employee is friendly and gracious. We’ve found a gem here and hope it stays this way!

The best place around. I understand why it’s a bit pricier—everything here seems perfect for Mom. The place has great energy and lots of care. The residents seemed happy and involved from what I saw.

Visited the facility for a meeting and tour. Loved the vibe and energy. It's on the pricier side, but we'll explore further. Looking for more options specializing in Dementia.
