"Poor Conditions and Not Enough Staff at Assisted Living Facility"
This place wasn't tidy at all, it was pretty beat up. They only have two helpers for six people during the day, and only one helper at night. Also, there's nothing fun or interesting for the people who live there to do.

Bentley Suites is a great, cozy assisted living place. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always there when you need them. The living arrangements are just right.

I’m really happy with Bentley Suites. The staff are helpful, friendly, and professional. Everything is well-organized. The place is clean and nice. I feel relaxed going there. The other residents are great.

"Mixed Impressions of Angel's Castle Assisted Living Facility"
Angel's Castle, located in Cheviot Hills, resembles a large house or castle. Masha, the owner, is pleasant. Her experienced and friendly staff made our brief stay welcoming. However, during our time there, one staff member left, causing occasional low staffing levels. Moving from a hospital to a board and care setting takes some adjustment from the constant hospital activities. Despite this, a long-term resident spoke highly of the staff. Unfortunately, my father's stay was short due to his passing, so my experience was based on just a few hours.

"Mixed Experience at Angel's Castle Assisted Living Facility"
Angel's Castle is a big house in Cheviot Hills. Masha, the owner, is nice. The staff is friendly but sometimes there weren't enough. It takes time to adjust from the hospital. One lady liked the staff. My dad stayed briefly, so my thoughts are based on a short time.

"Clean and Nice Facility, Still Considering for My Mother"
It was very clean and nice. I'm worried that my mother's frantic behavior, hallucinations, and constant agitation might be too much for a small board and care place like this. But I haven't ruled it out. I'm just waiting to see Glen Park East before deciding to bring my mother here.

It was super clean and really nice. I worry that my mom’s busy behavior, seeing things, and always being upset might be too much for a small place like this. But I haven’t said no yet—I’m waiting to check out Glen Park East before deciding.

That place was like a small home where they take care of people. I sort of wish I chose it because it looked like it would cost less, and the lady who managed it was really good at her job and friendly.

It seems like they're more focused on dementia care. They don't offer any outside activities, and according to one resident, it's very private. All the rooms are private too.
