"Brighter Atmosphere Needed for Mom's Care Community"
I checked out this place for my mom. The staff were nice and helped with our questions about care. It could be better if they made it a bit brighter for the people living there. They had a good menu. But I didn't think it felt like a nice place to be. Families might want to check it out for a loved one.

"Run-down Facility with Poor Communication and Lack of Engagement"
I wouldn't ever think about placing my mom and dad in this place. The condition of the building was really run-down. Doors weren't working properly and the blinds were broken. The whole place just reeked of pee. They took us into people's rooms without even caring about their privacy. The guide could hardly speak English and we had a hard time understanding her. The residents were merely sitting in front of a TV, and the only staff member we noticed didn't seem to be making any effort to engage with them at all.

"Friendly Assisted Living with No Openings"
It's a cozy home, our first visit. The caregivers were friendly. Unfortunately, no openings for my dad.
