"Positive Experience at Affordable Assisted Living"
It's been five months, and things are going well. I appreciate the fair prices, care, and cleanliness.

"A very clean and friendly place for loved ones!"
I visited my loved one last night and found it very nice. The place is super clean and the staff are really friendly. Everyone is helpful, and I believe she is very happy there.

"Tour Focused on Money, Not Care"
The tour guide cared more about money than my father's needs. The location was good, rooms average, but she immediately asked about our finances, which was off-putting. We chose a different option.

"Mom's Smoke Detector Woes"
The staff is super friendly. My mom moved in on November 1, but the smoke detector's low battery indicator has been beeping nonstop. I've talked to the administration, and they said they'll fix it.

"Mom Finds Happiness at Bentley Manor"
We were nervous when we moved Mom to Bentley Manor, but it turned out to be a positive experience. She feels relaxed there, enjoys being around others, and the staff takes great care of her. Roze Room Hospice also communicates well with us.

"Mixed Feelings: Husband's Experience at Bentley Manor Assisted Living"
My husband stays at Bentley Manor, feeling mixed about it. He likes walking and staying busy. But there aren't many activities, mainly for Alzheimer's patients.

"Mixed Experience at Bentley Manor"
We kinda had a mixed time at Bentley Manor. The folks taking care of our loved one were super nice and treated them well. But, the place wasn't really set up right for someone who's totally with it mentally. The food was boring, and it got worse as time went on. Plus, they didn't seem to do much to help our loved one get better physically. They just let them sit in their chair all day.

"Mixed bag at Bentley Manor"
My time with Bentley Manor was a bit of a roller coaster. The staff there were super nice and took good care of my family member, but I really didn't get the feeling that the place was designed well for someone who was mentally all there. The meals were pretty tasteless and oddly enough, they got worse while she was living there. Plus, they weren't doing a whole lot to help her get better on the physical side of things, they really just let her sit in her chair all day.

"A clean, caring place that exceeded our expectations"
We found Bentley Manor to be a clean and safe place for our father. The staff is friendly, dedicated, and caring. Mona, the manager, has given our father personal attention and helped our family adjust. We've received more than we expected. We're very happy with Bentley Manor and grateful we found it.

"Not a Good Fit for Us"
We visited this place when we were searching for options. My wife didn’t like that they had hospital beds. It just wasn’t the right match for us.

"Not a Fan of the Hospital Beds"
When we checked this place out while we were on the search, my wife wasn't keen on the idea of hospital beds being there. It just didn't seem like a good match for us.

"Quiet Assisted Living Facility with High Fees"
When I went there, the person who was supposed to show me around had left. Instead, one of the Caregiver/Managers gave me a tour. The place was clean and quiet, but it felt too quiet for my loved one. Unfortunately, they didn't have any available single rooms during our visit. They took me to their other property nearby, which had six rooms and one open. It was nicer but still a bit too quiet. The residents seemed withdrawn due to their conditions. Also, the monthly fee was higher than I expected.
