"Nice Place with Friendly People, Chose Bigger Home"
The Better Living of Walnut Creek was really nice. It was clean and the people were friendly. My husband wanted a bigger place for his mom, so we picked a different one, but this place was still really nice and there wasn't anything bad about it.

"Exceptional care during a difficult transition"
They did an amazing job making the move smooth for my mom when she transferred from another place. Mom is in hospice and probably won’t be with us much longer, but the care here has been excellent. I give them my highest praise!

"Compassionate and friendly staff provide excellent care"
really like the owner's and caregiver's compassion, humor, and attitude. They do a great job. The location is convenient for me since I live in Clayton. They have music and other activities. Different people come in to do music stuff. My father likes how friendly everyone is and that they take good care of him. I highly recommend them.

"Lovely environment with caring staff, though meals weren't observed."
The facility has a beautiful yard and accessible interior. Anabelle was helpful and caring, discussing my mom's needs.

"Review of Lovely Living at Walnut Creek Assisted Living in Walnut Creek, CA"
The yard, both front and back, was lovely. Inside, the hardwood floors made it easy to move around without any steps or ramps. Anabelle, who chatted with me about my mom’s needs, was wonderful. They even had a master suite on hold for someone. The roomy bedroom had a step-free shower, and the sliding glass door overlooked the deck and rose garden. I met two friendly and happy residents, although I didn’t see any meals being prepared or eaten during my visit.

"Beautiful home, caring staff, and safe environment for residents"
This assisted living facility is just 3 miles from me, and it’s gorgeous both inside and out. The residents are well-kept, and the back patio is really inviting. she, the director, is very caring and gave me a lot of helpful information. There are two caregivers, theme, who live on-site and have been with she for a long time. They even have a piano player who comes in to perform, and an activity director organizes fun activities based on what the residents enjoy and can handle. They also provide hospice care for those who need it. All the rooms are private, which is great. There’s a doctor who can do house calls for an extra fee, or I can take my loved one myself. The staff is trained in first aid and dementia care. Anabelle has been in the business for 10 and 15 years with two other homes. Visiting hours are from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and they have alarms on all the doors and a fenced yard for extra safety. They can help with doctor visits, haircuts, and can manage diabetic diets as well. Right now, they don’t have any openings.

"Assisted Living Facility: Good Room, Tired Decor, Deserves Second Visit"
Visited the healthcare provider at this nursing home and didn't get to talk to the manager. The living facility wasn't exactly appealing to us, but they did offer a nice spacious, bright room with a pretty good closet. The rest of the property seemed a tad worn out. However, they had a lovely outdoor patio with a vegetable and rose garden. We believe this place deserves another visit.

"Great visit with my daughter; loved the light-filled room!"
My daughter and I toured the homes together. We enjoyed meeting the director and loved the room, which had a lot of light. Everyone was welcoming, and the place felt calm, clean, and pleasant. I really loved it — giving it a 10!
